Chipotle Honey Sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp canned chipotle with a little of the sauce
2 Tbsp cilantro
¼ cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp canola oil.
2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar

Procedure
Mince first three ingredients in food processor. Add remaining ingredients including 1 tsp each of salt and pepper, pulse to combine.
