Mangetout Chimichurri

Ingredients
12 cloves garlic chopped
5 jalapeño peppers seeded and minced
6 cups parsley roughly chopped
½ cup mint roughly chopped with parsley
½ cup fresh oregano roughly chopped with parsley
1 ½ Tbsp salt
½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar

Procedure
Add to blender or food processor and chop. Do not puree.
