Middle Eastern Salsa Verde
Ingredients
2 Cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic sautéed in olive oil
8 Tbsp parsley chopped
8 Tbsp cilantro chopped
4 Tbsp basil chopped
1/2 cup green onion chopped
4 tsp mint, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Process ingredients in food processor or blender.
